July is schools transition month

July is the transition month many young people will go through when coming to the end of term and preparing for the summer break.

During this month it is important to understand the changes young people may experience when moving on in school. This can be in navigating new friendships and relationships and dealing with worry, stress and anxiety about the future. All this can be amplified by not having any support network their school may have provided them during term time.
