What is the Breathe initiative?

Breathe is a collaboration of mental health experts from the NHS, academia and local government seeking to provide innovative digital solutions and strategies for the well-being of young people.

Breathes mission is to develop a new digital infrastructure for mental health, one that unleashes mental health services, schools and community partners to perform as more than the sum of their parts.

What is BreatheEducation

The BreathEducation website has been developed as single point of access that can assist teachers and early years workers to promote wellbeing in the young people they teach and care for.  Teachers and early years workers can use this website and its resources to access evidence-based training materials, resources for lessons and links to local and national services.  It also contains advice and guidance for supporting teachers and early years workers well-being inline with whole-school approaches to mental health & well-being.
