Pride & Enjoyment

The “Pride and Enjoyment” care package focuses on enhancing students’ sense of satisfaction and engagement with school life by encouraging them to reflect on what they enjoy and feel proud of. It promotes a whole-school approach, using tools such as student surveys to gather feedback on positive experiences and areas for improvement. A key feature is the “Glow Up” project, which empowers students to take an active role in improving their school environment while developing citizenship skills. By involving students in decision-making and community-focused activities, the package supports wellbeing, fosters a sense of ownership, and helps build a more positive and inclusive school culture.
