Wellbeing Census 2025/26 is now open for registration!

The Breathe Education Wellbeing Census is an annual digital survey designed for pupils in Years 3–14, which enables schools to collect reliable data on children’s emotional health and wellbeing by way of secure, age-appropriate questions.  Through its interactive dashboards, participating schools receive insights into trends across year groups and demographics, helping them target early-intervention support and link to wider services such as mental-health support teams and public health.

Over 55,000 assessments have been completed across more than 100 schools, making it one of England’s largest wellbeing datasets for young people—while safeguarding pupil identity through pseudonymised reporting and strict governance.
